When music/tech icon Imogen Heap, planned the announcement and pre-sale of her 2018 MYCELIA World Tour, she yearned for a direct way to communicate with her most engaged fans.

In the initial kick-off, Imogen drove sign ups to her Messenger by announcing via Facebook her new direct-to- fan channel as the place to get the latest news, upcoming gigs and music firsthand.
Step 2 Tour Announcement (The Campaign)
True to her word, a week after opening Messenger to her fans, Imogen announced the first tour stops, schedules and pre-order links for each city. The response by her massively engaged audience within the first 24 hours, even left the team at Sendmate speechless and marks the perfect start to Imogen’s Mycelia campaign.
